For most positions, being a Swedish speaker is not a requirement. English is our corporate language, so good communication skills in English are preferable. If you also know Mandarin this is a plus, as many of our customers operate out of China!
How we work varies between departments, for example the development teams have an agile approach within the SAFe framework, while sales is working in a CRM system.
At Imint, we see our future way of working as a hybrid way of working with a mix of working in the office and working remotely.

We're in close contact with many of our customers, which are based around the world. The main part of our customers are in China, Japan and the US. Note: during the pandemic our work travels have been halted as much as possible.
